High end home décor and lighting retail store moving to new Fort Lauderdale showroom on April 8

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – March 27, 2013 – Turner Bay, the Fort Lauderdale-based luxury home design store, has announced plans to relocate to a beautiful new facility located at 2022 NE 18 Street in Fort Lauderdale beginning Monday, April 8. The relocation will culminate in a grand reopening at the new home of Turner Bay on Saturday, May 18.

The new location will feature the luxurious style and décor trends that the design authority brand has become known for, including fine table ware, lamps and lampshades, bed and bath linens and other décor accessories. Turner Bay’s customer will enjoy a rotating collection of classic crystal pieces, patterned accents, small furniture and trendy, modern home goods that make up an inimitable boutique display. Product samples are displayed seasonally, with a focus on changing naturally with the season as home decoration trends evolve. Visitors to the store’s new location can expect to see a selection of exceptional items that are selected by designers and interior renovation experts to adorn well-appointed homes throughout the world.

The former showroom, located at 4150 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale will close permanently on the evening of April 1. Turner Bay was founded in 2002 by the late Sheila Knowles, whose unique and creative insight into interior design made the retail outlet one of South Florida’s leading luxury home design sources for interior designers and homeowners. Following the untimely passing of Mrs. Knowles in 2012, Turner Bay has remained under family management and continues to operate with the same passion and dedication upon which the company’s original founder intended.
