KEF, the renowned manufacturer of innovative, reference-quality loudspeakers, has appointed industry veteran David Kroll to the position of U.S. National Sales Manager for KEF America.
As National Sales Manager, Kroll, who serves as KEF’s Ci Product Manager, will additionally be responsible for KEF’s sales to independent dealers and distributors. He will directly manage KEF’s regional sales team and will report to Alec Chanin, the president of KEF America.
Kroll has worked as KEF’s Global Ci Product Manager since August 2007 and has been responsible for the development and execution of global product marketing strategies in KEF’s core product category of Custom Installation Loudspeakers. As the new National Sales Manager, he is tasked with bolstering KEF’s position within the custom installation channel through his strong managerial skills and established ability to translate market opportunities and corporate goals into product-line plans and successful sales tactics.
Kroll’s noteworthy accomplishments at KEF include creating strategic global product plans which address individual product and marketing requirements for all four world wide-business units: North America, UK, Europe and Asia. He has also directly managed all aspects of UK and Asian based Ci product development teams and has successfully launched a home loudspeaker product range, the C Series.
“This is an exciting time to take the ‘sales reigns’ at KEF,” Kroll said, “as we are in the midst of several of the strongest product introductions in our 50 year history. As we continue to celebrate our 50th anniversary, KEF will be rolling out some very exciting products and marketing initiatives to support our dealers in this very competitive market.”
“Additionally, we recognize the difficulties our dealers face,” Kroll added. “We will continue to evolve our policies and marketing to help strengthen and support them.”
