Coleen Sterns Leith, President and Founder, is a sought-after expert in equipping clients with the marketing strategies and tools they need to increase their sales transactions.  Since establishing Marketing Matters in 1997, Coleen has built a team of experts who possess the know-how and discipline to execute effective product and program launches, tradeshow campaigns and public relations strategies that garner nationwide exposure and a dynamic market presence for clients.

Coleen has served as a member of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) Audio Division Board since 2006, and serves as chairperson for the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association's (CEDIA) Professional Services Action Team. She is currently on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters Broward and actively involved in a number of organizations including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and Leadership Broward.

Scott Moody
, Director of Public Relations, is skilled at seeing the big picture for clients, understanding how to mesh PR, marketingweb/interactive and social media tools, in a way that drives clients’ sales growth. He serves as a liaison with national and local media, including television, radio, print and online outlets, to publicize client’s activities. With insight on the latest public relations strategies and tactics, he also works closely with clients on SEO analysis, social media development, drafting and issuing press releases, pitching and placing feature stories and editorial content.

Scott earned a B.S. in Sports and Entertainment Management in 2003 from the University of South Carolina. He is also a member of several industry organizations including Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association (CEDIA).

Scott also serves as the co-host of the monthly AVNation podcast, AVSocial, designed to educate those in the custom and consumer electronics industry on best practices and latest trends in social media and marketing.

He specializes in project management, media buying and advertising, promotional goods, event management, planning and execution, research and ROI tracking and copy writing. He is experienced in qualitative and quantitative research and has a diverse background in media and strategic communications.

Kyle earned a B.S. in Public Relations from Ball State University in Indiana. He is also a member of several industry organizations including American Marketing Association (AMA), Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association (CEDIA).

Eric earned a B.A. from the University of Florida in media and communications and has a successful history of using his collaborative spirit to create partnerships in the South Florida community. He enjoys administering the philanthropic efforts that Marketing Matters provides to partner non-profit organizations and actively volunteering for related causes.

Marie Holloway, Creative Director, is instrumental in development and look-and-feel of Marketing Matters’ marketing and advertising campaigns. Marie’s vast international experiences in marketing and creative design have garnered a multitude of awards for herself, Marketing Matters and its clients.

Marie held a position with Young and Rubicam for four years working on accounts for clients like Johnson & Johnson, Scotchguard, 3M, Sara Lee, Dove and Ponds accounts. She possesses more than 20 years experience in marketing/advertising and has a graphic design degree from Vaal Triangle Tech in South Africa.
